PROGRAMS

3/1, 5/1, 7/1, and 10/1 ARM's

  • Fixed interest rate for initial 3, 5, 7, or 10 years, with rates adjusted annually
    thereafter to a 1-year LIBOR plus a nominal rate spread
  • 15 year mortgage - 15 or 25 year amortization

PRODUCTS

Full-Time Farm

  • Loan is suitable for full-time farmer or landowner who are 1) leasing their ground on cash rent or share-crop basis or 2) depends on income from land to make payments
  • Good for purchases or refinances

Part-Time Farm

  • Ideal for country homeowners and hobby or weekend farmers
  • Single-family primary or secondary residence must be located on acreage
  • Non-contiguous property and multiple homes are also eligible
  • Maximum loan amount $3.0 million
